Neighborhood Location - Reported by homeowners living in a single family residence on 36^th Street near Montecito and involves an adjacent apartment complex  located on 36^th Street

Description  – 

The homeowners reported that the small apartment complex located adjacent to their property on 36th Street had recently been sold.  New renters moved in and almost immediately began causing  disturbances and creating a great deal of noise and intrusive, unruly behavior.  The police were called several times to deal with these situations.  A threatening note was left at the door of the homeowner who investigated the property's ownership and found that the apartments now were owned by an organization called, New Arizona Family, Inc. 

The reporting homeowners then contacted the New Arizona Family, Inc. and explained their concerns.  The situation, however, did not change.  Then the concerned homeowners, still contending with the unruly new neighbors, contacted the Arcadia West Neighborhood Association.
