What is a SAFE Neighborhood?

A safe neighborhood is one in which people know their neighbors and feel as if they are part of a lively and energizing environment.  It is a place where planning, zoning and architecture make a difference; where quality businesses have adequate infrastructure to support and nourish success and survival.  It is a place in a great city with services like police and other departments that address its growth and concerns; a place where schools are supported and diversity celebrated.  Arcadia West is such a neighborhood and warrants our continued involvement.

·       People who want to join us as trained Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol volunteers, willing to spend an hour or more per week learning about our community and making it safer, stronger and more beautiful.

·        People who are interested and able to communicate using computers.

·        People who know how to publish a quality newsletter.
